Situation
The web platform of the largest cinema chain in Mexico and the world was being redesigned and migrated across LATAM, with every market carrying its own payment methods and its own release schedule.
Task
Lead the frontend of the payments team, and help move the platform onto an architecture that several teams could ship into at once.
